大家好， 现在偶在帮父母填写在线B1/B2签证的申请。遇到几个问题。
父母在4年前来过美国，当时的申请材料是在领馆对面的签证一条龙填的。父母符合代
签要求，就没必要再跑到领馆所在城市找人填，所以我准备自己填。
我想问
1. 是不是必须给父母双方各在https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/ApplicantHome
创建一个帐号填写信息呢？
2. 如果是的，貌似我遇到了一点小麻烦，给老妈申请了一个帐号，填写了她的信息，
结果跳出来一个错误“Your personal details match the profile which already
