男女有别是不争的事实，在思考问题的方式上更是各有千秋。男人捉摸事情一般用脑思
考，女人遇到问题基本以语言方式寻找答案。这可能就是为什么小学的时候，女同学更

了是不是该倒掉，女人都会讲出来跟闺中密友讨论个不亦乐乎；而桥牌围棋之类不许张
口的游戏则只能以男人独领风骚。
男女相处，认识到差别最是重要。男人找个爱说爱笑的是个好事，尽管有时候必须承受
其副作用，即不依不饶，但至少表示她在思考。女人找个少言寡语的也是福气，这样吵
起架来独占鳌头，不会战争升级演义家暴。

Actually, it appears to be a BAD news, according to trackitt:
Brown's bill, S2005, is a clean bill that only grants Irish E3, it has
nothing to do with per-country caps or immigrant visas at all. Good luck to
Sen. Brown in getting S2005 passed "with no amendments"!

Brown除非疯了才会去推2005.不带3012的议案就算是过了senate，到house必死。更何
况没有3012在senate的情况也完全不同了。

这个不可能吧。爱尔兰人的要求好像过去也提出来过，但没有通过。如果不搭3012顺风
车的话应该没戏。

consent without amendment. His bill is S.2005, and is a simple addition of
Ireland to the E3 program, with no provision whatsoever for country caps or

As reported earlier, Irish community has been pushing hard Senator Scott
Brown of Masschusetts to persuade Sen. Chuck Grassley as fellow Republicans
. The chip which is used by the Irish community is threat to the reelection
chance for Sen. Brown in November in the Irish dominating State of
Massachusetts, which is also considered a threat to the Republican party
itself. Accordingly, Chuck Grassley should also feel pressure at this point.
Details are not known as to the negotiation and compromise, but pressures
are mounting at this time. Interesting to watch how the negotiation will
unfold.

brown有自己的E3 visa bill (S2005),所以他有可能只是push自己的bill，而不是
compromise HR3012/S1983/S2005.
现在不清楚的是E3 visa bill自己过关的机会如何。

Brown如果光是E3的小算盘, 没必要找老格, S2005在参院通过应该问题不大, 但HOUSE
就很难说了.Brown很可能正是因为没这个保险, 才和3012捆绑的可能性大.
而且Schumer也是支持的.

我读了几个相关报道，感觉Brown这次是想单独过S2005,不和3012捆绑。和格老一通气
，靠，不知道能整个什么东西出来。E3法案能帮助美国人就业？格老反对3012的每一条
，都能套用再E3上面。这里的水太深了。

对。然后Brown和格老negotiate结果就是，drop掉HR3012，加上H1B reform。估计烙印
老中这次就亏大了。

不一定。就是H1B走PERM，烙印公司由于只招自己人，上下通气，照样能做假，说找不
到合适的老美。但老中比较老实，大部分都是给老美公司工作，人家觉的麻烦，干脆就
不招了。

MA的同学能不能问一下senate brown办公室的人，他说的no amendments到底是什么意
思。再加上格老一阵一阵的发飙抽风，搞得板上鸡犬不宁了。
