as the deadline of $8000 approaches.
Yesterday, I was showed a house, which is right fit for our needs. We
wanted to put on offer on the one after my husband would check it out this
Saturday morning.
My agent just called to notify me the house got an offer with full listing
price and seller accepted it.
This is the second day of the house on market.
Sigh...

if u r not qualified for 8k, u might just wait till it expires.
Even if u r, the premium for winning a bidding war might just diminish
the value of the credit, if at all.

你要多好？
我倾向于用人不疑，疑人不用。
我家的人医/兽医都是这样。
就是随便电话本上找的，交通方便的。
去了，只要觉得投缘就可以了，感觉最重要
有什么学历不重要。这边管理还是比较严格的，纯骗子并不多。
医术高低而已。

but after the 8k, then it's the fall/school run,
then it's the cold winter where no good house are around,
then...
year after year, you can say I can buy w all cash now.

主要是想查查review，看看经验是不是丰富。然后带猫去
做个一般的检查，数据留一下，以后万一生病的话，那里
有以前的历史记录。

You can go to citysearch.com
But I usually don't go to those who have only less than 5 reviews. Because
the vet can just fake it...
