Realtor跟我说很难. 不像bankown or regular的.
一旦超出日期, 所有的approval process就从新开始.
但是看到前面有人也会收到seller的amendment,
我能不能也submit一个呢? 需要多久时间?

I just closed a short sale for my buyer. The bank only give the buyer less
than 2 weeks for the loan, which is almost impossible. Finally the buyer has
do all cash closing. Otherwise the deal will be gone. It is a pain to do
short sale.

I am now sticking into the same situation. The bank accepted my offer, but
asked me to close it in about 2 weeks, which is an impossible mission to me.

那里是简单地rehome，根本就是打算卖掉！我相信价钱一定不菲。
我在CL呆比较长时间了，这样的人太多，说来说去就是为了卖一个好价钱。可惜这么好
一只狗了。希望这次能真正找到一个长久的家。

郁闷，俺也遇到类似的情况。银行就是死死咬住deadline不放，一天也不行。就不知道
他这么急着要钱当初批准offer的时候咋不快一点儿？该死的chase！俺是记住了

原来大米妈喜欢schnauzer？我女儿有段时间也狂喜欢。而且我家老大还告诉我这种狗
还可以抓老鼠，不知道是不是真的。最近这段时间她看了很多关于狗的书。再这样下去
，以后有问题我都可以直接问她了。

我喜欢giant的，小的是可以抓老鼠的
其实西高是抓老鼠的高手，而且，好像西高的尾巴是唯一一种可以直接揪尾巴揪起来的
狗狗，他们的尾骨非常强悍，短小。目的就是因为他们会在窄小的洞里钻来钻去抓老鼠
，但是可能不会出来，就靠人揪着尾巴揪出来
我也是看电视看到的，呵呵
