mm信息很有用， 我们没有agent,所以不懂什么地方能argue,总觉得inspection这个步
骤不拿点credit回来太冤大头了

我们买房的时候inspector说那roof早就该换了，状态非常差，随时有漏水的危险。但
是因为当时还没有漏水，就不算问题，也没拿到钱。我们买下之后就换了，7千多刀啊。
