马上３岁了，半年时间里牙洞大了不少，决定补了，医生说用笑气。两次去检查娃都挺
配合的。
现在医生就说去之前不要吃东西，怕吐。我很想知道的是补完了小孩一般什么反映？笑
气的作用什么时候消失？麻醉和补牙影响当天的日常活动吗？还有－－完了能塞回幼儿
园吗？

诚恳请教各位两个问题：
1．在 H1b pending期间，申请EB1A 对H1b有没有麻烦？
2．如果EB1A 被拒而H1b pending的话，可不可以在US 边工作边等H1b?

影响吗？

多谢老大！我的另一个担心是，万一EB1A被拒，因H1b pending, Status 出问题而必须
离开US.

我们家哥哥3岁半时一共两次补九颗牙。都是闻了笑气的。笑气和麻醉会让孩子安静和
不痛，医生可以顺利补牙。但是麻醉过去后孩子会不舒服，会有痛。可以吃冷饮，但不
能吃固体的东西，怕他咬伤自己。
闻笑气及补牙之前好像4个小时不能进食，之后也是好几个小时不能吃东西，反正很受
罪，人蔫了，完全没有力气。我是绝对不会把娃再塞回幼儿园的。

你们是既有笑气又有麻醉还是只有前者？能分享一下你是怎么做小孩子的心理工作的吗
？他第２次去有没有特别抵触？
在牙医的椅子上待了多久？
看来笑气影响还是挺大的，我自己补过牙，补完了半小时感觉就回来了，稍有点不适，
但不是很疼，所以我才问能不能在回幼儿园。

只要PENDING，你就是合法停留。你有OPT，你就有合法身份。这与EB1批准与否没
任何关系。

Adverse effects of nitrous oxide/oxygen inhalation
Nitrous oxide/oxygen analgesia/anxiolysis has an excellent safety record.
When administered by trained personnel on carefully selected patients with
appropriate equipment and technique, nitrous oxide is a safe and effective
agent for providing pharmacological guidance of behavior in children. Acute
and chronic adverse effects of nitrous oxide on the patient are rare. Nausea
and vomiting are the most common adverse effects, occurring in 0.5% of
patients. A higher incidence is noted with longer administration of nitrous
oxide/oxygen, fluctuations in nitrous oxide levels, and increased
concentrations of nitrous oxide.3 Fasting is not required for patients
undergoing nitrous oxide analgesia/anxiolysis. The practitioner, however,
may recommend that only a light meal be consumed in the 2 hours prior to the
administration of nitrous oxide. Diffusion hy-
poxia can occur as a result of rapid release of nitrous oxide
from the blood stream into the alveoli, thereby diluting the
concentration of oxygen. This may lead to headache and disorientation and
can be avoided by administering 100% oxygen after nitrous oxide has been
discontinued.

您的女儿好勇敢，她做的时候多大呀，你们牙医也很好，能不使用麻醉，肯定特别耐心
吧。能请问您是在哪里吗？如果是NJ,NY 或者CT，能把牙医的联系方法发给我吗？谢

另外笑气应该不算麻醉吧，女儿连局部麻醉都没有吗？好佩服！

今天给我家妞补了牙。
上来分享一下。
用了笑气和局部麻醉。
女儿很配合。说不疼，只是有点怪怪的感觉。
牙医说笑气的作用补完就完全“out of her system”。
一个小时以后就能吃东西了。
去之前也吃了东西的，没事。
看了前面的帖子，我保守起见让她今天呆家了。其实好像没必要。
总的来说比想像中简单。
不过我家妞5岁了，３岁小孩可能反应不同。

补了几颗牙，什么位置的? 我女儿是两个门牙之间，感觉不是太好弄吧，希望不要太麻
