用版上无土的方子试过几次,不太成功,最后换土,结果很喜人啦. BSO上片片了.

刚出烤箱放在擀面杖上，让瓦片拱起成形。
呵呵，看看形状如何？
用的是爱厨的方子，这个分量她做了25片，我是做了9大片，呵呵~
材料A：（約25片）
蛋白50g，砂糖50g，沙拉油 20g，低筋麵粉（cake flour） 15g。
材料B： 杏仁片70g。
工具： 矽膠烤盤墊與大烤盤。
做法：
1. 烤箱先預熱到350F度。
2. 將材料A放入盆裡拌勻成乳白狀，再將材料B放入拌勻。
3. 將麵糊一匙一匙舀在烤盤上。**要儘量攤平，越薄越好，並使杏仁片儘量不要重疊。
4. 放進烤箱烤約10分鐘。**約 5~7分鐘就要打開來看，以免烤焦。
5. 烤好立刻趁熱用切麵刀或鏟子把餅刮下，如果放冷會黏在烤盤上刮不下來。刮下之
後放在杯子裡或是攤在桿麵杖上使瓦片彎曲定型，涼後取出就是有彎角的"瓦片"了。

还有另外一个选择，对于有过交往的比较熟的Reference，有些愿意他们自己写（告诉
他们USCIS的要求即可），可能给他们的时间要长些。从我的经验也证明他们写的比我
写的强N倍。我的7封信中只有一封是我自己拽的。他们的用词可能不是特别华丽，可他
们自己的感受，非常有说服力。当然我们自己要有些他们认可的工作作为前提。Good

petition letter只有一个呀，recommendation letters 7 封，每封要不一样，写作风
格不能一样,否则IO发现都是一个人写就麻烦了。
其实，最好是几个DIY的朋友，每个人给其他人写推荐信，这样，每个人都有几封不同
风格的推荐信。这里有没有战友呢？站内联系。

推荐信最多6个就够了，7个完全没必要。
草稿自己写，1个月能写完了。
petition letter里面的确很多抄推荐信的，这个其实挺好的。移民官一般没空读推荐
信，petition letter里面给摘出经典的话，配合其他客观证据，挺有说服力的。

the grass hasn't grown to full length yet. when i took it out of the shelf
for photo taking, Mimi saw it and jumped to it right away. Dodo joined her

but it grows so fast. Only good for 2 to 3 days.

The one i got is the oak cat grass seed from Petco or petsmart. See the bag
in the photo.
I also bought wheat grass from human being's grocery store. My cats like

I didn't soak the seed in water first but i did soak all the plant soil
before i spread seed on top, then applied a thin layer of soil on top of the
seed. I also watered the pot pretty thoroughly in the fist couple of days
until i saw the little bud coming out. I put pot in a sunlight area. I
haven't watered it yet for the past two days as i didn't want it to grow too fast.
If you didn't see the bud coming out, maybe the soil is too dry...
