If I file 140 + pp + 485 together, after 140 is approved, how long would it take for 485 gets approved, usually ? How long would 140+pp+ref take, usually ? thanks.
I want to get an idea to evaluate if I have enough time to get all done
before next July.

Nobody knows about 485, 3 months in average.
PP will apply on ref as well, which is 15 calendar days so depends on how
fast u respond to ref.

if you file together, normally 2-4 month w/o rfe, 3-5 month with rfe

also, I just got my phd last Dec 2009, is the 3-year experience a problem ?
I checked some articles here, it's ok if counting the phd work, but is it a
guarantee ? thanks.
