这几天为买房算了算成本。 基本情况,两口无孩也不准备要孩。一个在NJ上班一个在NYC上班,房价和税均较高,比较了最近看过的几个房,包括租 apt, 买350k single house (自住),买350k,450k,550k two family home(自住带出租 ),买100k coop apt。Assume五年后会因工作变动卖房。考虑各种费用(所以能想到 的费用我都尽量准确估算),最后算出的结果如下: 如果五年后以同样的价钱卖出: 100k coop: 比租房省六千 350k single house 自住: 比租房亏95k 450k two family 自住带出租:比租房亏 45k 550k two family 自住带出租:比租房亏 45k 如果房租和房子按照4%的年增长率: 100k coop: 比租房赚26k 350k single house 自住: 比租房亏25k 450k two family 自住带出租:比租房赚52k 550k two family 自住带出租:比租房赚73k 不过不太看好五年内能年增4%(总共升值22%),决定买100k的coop了。 除了350k的single house,其它各买租选项都按差不多的实际居住面积计算。350k的single house和350k的two family因为较远,另加了每月三四百的交通费

You can go to your local store asking if they have free sample for you to try it out. I went to Nature's Pet in local area asked if they have seafood flavor for EVO dry cat food. The lady gave me two bags of samples lasting for two days for my two cats.
