I interviewed with them before. But it was a security position, and they
didn't even ask me to write a single line of code. All these questions focus
on Web/Network/Software security.
From my personal experience, they have very nice people, and they prefer
someone with related background. Just check your job description and use
that as your study guide.

graceful period for L1 aliens.
If you no longer work for the L1 employer, you are then out of status.
Normally, USCIS will allow a short time for layoffed H1/L1 to find new job
in US, the graceful period can be between 2 - 4 weeks. Again, no formal
definition of "graceful period".

同学，我认为还是以律师说的为准吧。如果他搞错了的话，就再找个律师问个second
opinion好了，可以告第一个malpractice。在这儿都是业余的，说了也做不了准，你也
不可以告我们啥的呀。
H1其实就是一天grace period都没有的。如果你被lay off，原则上就是out of lawful
status，不过一般可以跟移民局argue以I94上的日期为准。L1我不清楚。
还有就是out of status和unlawful presence是不一样的，你即使out of lawful
status，也不算unlawful presence。
移民法是国会最大，大部分东西不是硬规定，是移民官看着办的事情。
