Good:
0. If you are crazy about the house, pay extra money to the bank.
1. If you like the house, ask the seller to lower the price.
2. If you are just okay with the house, back out.
Of course, you should look at your contract and attorney review letters
again to see what options you have regarding the low appraised value.

What's the estimated price by chase? or even zillow?
If their estimations are closer to your paid price, then try to dispute your
lowball appraisal. But ususally appraisals are reasonbally good and not
easy to dispute.

I think this can only work in two ways. no loans end no deal, and set offer

If your agent suggested the price, I would say end the deal, and change your
agent.
Buyers agent does not work for you, but for the list agent.
