4月份投的文章，很快被送审了，最近拿到审稿意见，五个审稿人，编辑的信是说：
We have now received the detailed reviews of your paper (attached).
Unfortunately they are not positive enough to support publication of the
paper in Science Translational Medicine. We hope that you find the comments
helpful in preparing the manuscript for submission to another journal.
The editorial team recognizes that there was certainly interest in the work
presented here, but there were too many unanswered questions and major
concerns from several referees for us to proceed with the paper. If you feel
that Science Translational Medicine is truly where you would like to try to
publish this paper, we would be willing to consider a substantially revised
paper that addresses the reviewer comments, especially Reviewer 5.
reviewer说的问题似乎都是一些很细节的技术问题（reviewer 5特别负面，有几个
reviewer给的意见非常的小，就是修改一下文字），我们加实验似乎可以解决（有一个
大的问题，需要特殊实验室设备，我们没法做），但是估计至少几个月甚至半年挣扎。
小实验室一枚，所以也希望赶紧发表文章，好去申请grant。不知道大家看看编辑意思
，是应该继续和STM挣扎，还是赶紧修改文章换别人家。

华人社区阿罕布拉(ALHAMBRAS)市10日发现一具亚裔女尸，经警员侦察和法医检验，已
确定是一起兇杀案。在尸体勘验完毕后，洛杉矶县警察局兇杀侦缉组(Sheriff's

天亮后，洛杉矶县警局数辆警车陆续扺达现场，并且通知了洛杉矶县验尸所(LA
Coroner)，由警探和法医联合勘验现场和尸体。从清晨4时30分至近下午2时，持续近10
个小时的现场勘验才告一段落后。
约在中午1时40分时，尸体被抬上了一具担架，盖上蓝色毛毯，送上法医所的运尸
车后开走了。
洛杉矶县法医所来了1男2女共计3位专家，在收拾工具离开现场时，拒绝向媒体透
露相关细节，仅认可这是一起兇杀案。
在验尸期间，洛杉矶县警局凶杀组从警车上放出几条警犬在现场嗅闻，试图找寻蛛
丝马迹

小黑洗澡视频
照相机拍的，效果不是很好
还有就是拍的人只能站在左边，但小黑同学只愿意头朝右洗澡，给他转180度他就不干
了，拼命往外跳@@所以大部分时间只好给大家看小黑的pp。。。

兄弟，这个年头，不会有什么地方不要修改的。就算你送去PLoS ONE 也一样要你修改
。并不会让你省什么时间的。
但是如果reviewer 5问了一个特别刁难的问题。我的建议是你边针对他做实验边把这个
稿子投到别的地方去。因为你投到别的地方也有可能又碰见他。

这个editor显然认可了reviewer5的意见，你不正面回答他的问题，很可能修改过了也
会被锯掉。要是真的没法改，还不如试试其他杂志。

我家小黄就没有这么配合，都没法给他拍视频，他一直动，焦都对不上@@，还一直哭得

十月份重新投了，加了所有要求的实验，昨天刚拿到二审的消息。两个reviewers同意
发表，两个reviewers又提了2-3个问题，绝大问题都可以简单改改文章就可以解决，唯
一的一个实验的要求是要求提高病理切片图片的质量（似乎是很容易解决的，我们计划
让外面的service实验室帮我们做）。
考虑到reviewers都还好，有点奇怪的就是编辑给我们写的信，比较negative：
I am sorry to have to tell you that we have decided to reject the manuscript
in its current form.
The review report includes comments from the initial submission and the
current submission; we did not ask Reviewer 1 to re-review. The referees
brought up criticisms of the work as presented and required additional
experimental support. In this case, we would be willing to consider a
revised, resubmitted manuscript that addresses the remaining concerns raised
by the referees.
I must emphasize that at this stage we have NOT committed space to this
contribution. The manuscript would be considered a new submission and would
need to survive a further round of in-depth review. We may select new
reviewers for re-review if needed. Furthermore the novelty of the finding
must not be compromised in the meantime.
不知道这是一个标准的大修（major revision）信件，还是说编辑部不感兴趣？

Editor 不是强调了你要是再投回去是所有程序从头来一次吗？既然这样，为啥不试试
nature Medicine啊？万一中了比你现在的杂志管用多了，不中的话nature系列子刊众
多也可以t连review 一起ransfer省了不少时间

这是很有希望了。我们上次也是这样然后再投就中了。Science系列喜欢这样，个人感

可能是从小洗习惯了
不过第一次洗的时候也没挣扎得很厉害，可能没有现在这么乖，洗的人一只手要一直按
着他脖子后面。后来就逆来顺受了。。。。小黄要彪悍一些，不过主要也就是叫得凶，
也不抓人的，只是要按得紧点防止逃跑。
洗的时候一定要关浴室门，不然他看到逃跑的希望还是会奋力逃跑的。另外只能用淋浴
，要是放盆里洗，马上panic，六亲不认。。。

应该没有太大问题，不然人家也没时间和你耗着。因为这些杂志的editor都不是一线的
scientists，所以他们必须依赖reviewer而不能自己拍板。我最近经历的一个杂志，投
两次都是rejection but encourage resubmission，也没有要求太多东西，但是editor
的decision和你这个语气也是一样。当时我一边改心里也没底。后来第三次作为new
submission送回去都没有送审直接就收了。

唉！
我也只能说这个了。为了给我家猫洗澡，以前住公寓担惊受怕，怕被邻居告虐猫，他们
的那不是哭，整个一个“嚎”。还给我这猫奴留了个终身残疾。
