银行的房子，房检后屋顶，加热器，空调全都有问题。具体结果贴在下面，AGENT一个
劲说是个好DEAL，比正常卖的大概便宜不到三万的样子。可我们觉得这要修好象都是大
件，哪个牛人给指点一下？
Roof:active leaks and evidence of past leaks observed during
the inspection are reported on as part of this inspection.Active leaking was
noted at the upper front right corner of gutter system at seams and along
seam on the upper left side gutter located at about the center of the home.
It is likely that there are other leaking seams but could not be detected at
this time due to no active rain occurring. To absolutely determine than no
leaks exist, complete access to all roof structure areas must be available
during a wide variety of weather conditions, including prolonged heavy rain,
high wind from varying directions, heavy accumulations of snow and/or ice,
and melting snow and ice.
Water heater :teplace pressure relief value,repair leaky water cutoff value.
water heater is near the end of it's useful life but appears to heating
water sufficiently.
Air condition: does not work ,need change a new one.
