got a quote on 5/1 ARM 2.625%
w/ 2% loan origination fee.
What is this fee? is it like points? because closing costs is covered
by company, so shall I offer as much of this fee as possible?

不错的利率，你的公司最多可以帮助你付Non-recurring closing cost，其他的就不可
以了。所有2个Point差不多全都可以Cover了。
