You will receive a Base Salary of $4,833.33 monthly ($58,000.00 expressed
as an annual salary for convenience).
• Your position is a Salaried Exempt position. Salaried exempt
employees are
paid monthly on the 25th of each month.
• You will be entitled to ten (10) days Vacation for 2012 based on
your date of
hire until company policy allows for more.
• The Company offers a comprehensive Benefits package, details in
separate
brochure. Your benefits like medical coverage, life insurance, AD&D and LTD
will start 1st day of the month following (1) month of continuous employment,
which would be February 1, 2012.
• You will be eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k)
Retirement
Savings Plan which matches dollar for dollar up to six percent (6%) of your
contributions into in the plan. For this benefit, there is a waiting period
of sixty
(60) days of continuous employment. If you start with the company on or
prior to February 1, 2012, then you will be automatically enrolled in our
401(k)
Retirement Savings Plan on March 1, 2012 at a contribution rate of 3%. If
you would like to increase or decrease this contribution rate, you will have
the
option of doing so. Upon employment, you will receive more details on this
benefit.
• You will be eligible to participate in the company’s Profit Sharing
Plan which
has the potential of providing up to 1.5% of your eligible earnings
deposited
into your 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan annually.
• We offer temporary housing for ninety (90) days at no expense to you
. Pets
are not allowed.
• The Company will reimburse you for the difference in your cost of
COBRA
coverage versus the cost of coverage with the company until your health
insurance benefits with the company become effective.
