可是卡扎菲一边与国际社会修好，一边又想让利比亚国民和中东、非洲的盟友们觉
得他没有“服软”。2004年，卡扎菲在他的帐篷中会见了前来做破冰之旅的英国首相布
莱尔，两人席地而坐，卡扎菲在众目睽睽之下将光着的脚伸到布莱尔面前，然后放了一
个响屁，令布莱尔非常尴尬。有人评价说，卡扎菲像一个陈年古董，外面世界已经发生
了巨大变化，他还在采用这些拙劣的表演继续自欺欺人。

THAT CAN DO ALL OF YOUR PUPPIES AT 8 -9 WEEKS OLD
you can call different orginizations and get vouchers to cover all the
cost of
getting them fixed, actors & others for animals, is a start and they can
refer you to other local charities that will give you vouchers to cover
the spay and nueter
in Los angeles there are several free spay & nueter clinics
the process is fairly easy and the puppies recover extremly fast.
Don't want to step on your toes, but I thought I would give you a littel
bit of information
about what you can do for the pups.. They can also go to their new homes
the next day
any way good luck with all of them.
I have my hands full with 8 rescue puppies soo I get what your going
through!

8-9周做绝育太早了，娃们还没发育好呢。
