Can't really type chinese at firm. Basically my PERM at current company is
still pending (PD is end of June). But recently I have one opportunity to be
promoted at another firm and they are ok to sponspor GC as well.
But my H1B has only 2 years left. Not sure if it is
too risky to jump to another firm now? I really had enough at my current
firm :-( Please suggest! thanks in advance.

我家的猫咪平时看起来非常健康，可今天回家发现她吐了好多在地上，没有液体，都是
固体，是猫粮和罐头的混合物（我平时就喂她这两种东西）。
猫粮和罐头几乎都没消化，还都是整块的。
形态像一堆肉馅似的，还有几条像长长的大便，但肯定不是大便。
检查她的大便很正常，跟往常一样都是固体，没有拉稀什么的。
晚上把她的食器彻底清洗了一遍。给她喂了纯罐头，也没敢喂多，怕她消化不了。她食
欲还很不错，吃得很欢。只是后来她睡觉总蜷缩成一团，摸摸脑门好像有点热，不知道
是不是平时也这么热。
还请有经验的同学指点一二，可能是什么原因，以及怎么处理，谢谢!

跳！反正pd也就是１年区别，只要１４０在新公司批准，h1b可以３年一次的无限renew

吐毛球很正常
脑袋热可能是兴奋。。。
如果连续几天总是没精神不活动还没食欲就需要注意了
只要在吃正常去厕所就没事

我觉得都不用等１４０批。没有必要。去新公司，立刻开始绿卡，２年内肯定１４０批
了。

多谢两位指点，查了查，果然差不多症状。
打算去买些猫草来种；或者猫草买不到的话，就按精华区里的建议，买hairball
control dry food.

thx a lot! I am sure a lot of ppl face similar situation...
The bast case is to get I-140 approved first and jump to new firm..
hopefully the team can wait. Another thing is both firms are not efficient
and it might get up to almost one year to file PERM. Too much paper work,
sigh :-(

最好买或种猫草，不要去petstore 买猫草，又贵又不fresh.
俺们这grocery store $1.99 可以买到有机的wheatgrass, 自己种的跟不上的话常买来
给娃吃，还可以剪一些密封好放冰箱可以放一个星期。

马上办绿卡的话，h1肯定不是问题
不过你能确定新公司你一去就马上开始准备打广告吗？就是马上弄，估计你的PD要晚一
年半
你现在的PERM怎么还在pending呢，都批倒8月了吧。如果被audit了，干脆换工作了。

I need to talk to the HR but I doubt they can start right away, prob between
half yr to one year.. (big firm isnt efficient, damn)
Yeah, my PERM still pending, no audit neither. The fragomen lawyer didnt
quite say much except "we will receive a decision any time from now". I am
planning to have a call with him this week.

谁说的只有1年？
现在去新公司，入职耽误几个月（一般不会从 day 1 开始办GC），广告等等。你新公
司的PD至少得到15年。中间差了1.5年！到放水的时候你就知道，一个月的PD
difference的区别。
等拿了现在的140再去不迟。

现在PERM已经处理到7.31,2013了。你的真的是随时都可以approve的。

I see some PERM cases for similar position in my firm are pending for around
1 year until approved in dolstats.com.

不是早晚的问题，早拿绿卡，趁还young，容易跳槽到一个好工作。晚了，就赶不上大

Your new job position/pay is normally based on your last job even you have
the card. Thats the thing.

不完全是啊，很多 job offer问我什么range，基本都说没问题，那可是30%—50% up啊
！看他们觉得你是不是他们急需要的。我幸好没有为了钱跳，否则，这一波我一定一定
一定miss 啦。trust me！

Very true. Is it possible for the firm to revoke the I-140 that we can't
relink new PERM/I-140 to the first PD date?

revoke要公司另外付钱。很多公司不会做。
即使revoke，只要不是因为fraud而revoke，你的PD仍在。

我的已经10个半月了，13年5月初的PD，同样没有任何消息，而且律师说在官网
timeline更新为Aug 2013之前，不允许联系DOL。今天丫终于更新了，结果居然是July
31 2013 "as of 03/03/2014"，还是没办法，现在很怒。对于DOL这种流氓有什么办法
修理它么？

下周和律师联系以下。但按照HR和律师的说法，there's nothing we can do about it
.真是操蛋。我们比较倒霉。
其实你要是不讨厌你的工作，可以忍一忍。我的情况就不一样了。
