3. Do we need someone who can at least come up with a schedule?

不需要，太复杂啦，只是腐败版聚，不是晚会
有请圣坑和其他热心同学协助维持秩序
吃吃喝喝加唱歌，没有时间安排表
基本上是这样
是，请你带上150张label贴纸，要那种名片大小的
请你和其他义工都在5:30pm到达餐馆，然后分配任务。餐馆地址和电话是

顺便说一下，明天打算拍照的同学，在把照片张贴到版上时，不要随便奔别人的正面照
，特别是女生的，除非你得到对方的书面同意。最好只贴那些背影和侧影，或者做模糊
化处理。这方面规矩跟以前一样。

Just called Zen Buffet:
They said:
1.they will give a table with a chair to let we use in the entrance to check
-in. They want us to collect money first. They will come to collect money
from you. So if you decide to be here late, who is in charge to collect
money?
2.they mentioned they want us to keep the order. they care much about total
ppl who will pay. they assume we will have someone stand outside to collect
money from 6:00PM to 9:30PM. I don't know who this volunteer is, I hope you
don't m

刚又打电话给Zen
如果安排咱们的人守在门口收费总是比较麻烦，店家同意由他们负责在进门处收钱。请
大家准备好现金（不收信用卡，切记！），进门时告诉服务生是来参加party的，暗号
“MITBBS版聚”，交钱后就可以到里面找我们。再完成签到和领取名签贴纸、抽奖
ticket的步骤。
这样由店家控制进门收费，我们就不必承担防范闲人混入的责任了。感谢valleyblvd和

还有个问题就是，大家既然是来海的，要不然，不要限制包间人数。7点以后就是HAPPY
HOUR，所有人都可以进来。
不然本来里面的人可定也HIGH不起来。外面的想海，有没有地方海？
还有就是要不要，让所有的单身的同学提点特殊要求，不然每次他们的利益都没有得到
保证。事后说美女前部被结婚的/离婚的/分居/包二奶的，ONS的男人包养了啥的。
