My EB-1b petition was sponsored by the university, and the director of our
International Office is the one who gets correspondence from USCIS.
I got a notice (I-797C) from her a week ago, saying my I140 was approved,
but still no e-mail so far. Also, the official notice was sent to my lawyer.
Should I request these documents from them at this point or should I just
wait? My husband's and my 485 petitions were concurrently filed with my 140.
Thank you in advance for your answers.
