今天看了下出生证，breeder叫Cynazar Golden Retrievers

出生证就是张纸，实际就是buyer／seller contract。

大家帮着看看这个出生证有问题吗？因为我们没买过puppy，chitty也是1岁adopt来的
所以也不知道规范的breeder是什么样。这个contract里面据我不多的经验来看觉得
guarantee的时间太短，我们附近的mall里买狗都guarantee6个月health。另外这里没
写OFA clear，不知道有没有问题。

我的breeder 给的是一张akc paper,很正规。像这个
anyway, 这个link 是我常去的golden forum 关于cynazar breeder 的讨论，洋洋洒洒

breeder还会给
狗父母的pedigree.
狗父母的眼睛，心脏，elbow,hip的health clearance.

印象中一般好breeder不给guarantee...因为不需要。一般是72小时vet 检查有问题可
以退。宠物店给因为是来源是puppy mills。
一般paperwork是standard package包括pedigree和clearance. 主要依据还是看
reputation, club 推荐 etc.

我刚才几乎看了所有36页的”争吵“。有个人买了cynazar的狗，一开始还护着cynazar
.后来也跑出来说不好了。好像是狗的健康问题，cynazar的人就不回她电话。

这不是puppy mill是什么，明显是for profit breeding,对buyer没任何要求，没人
report吗

给吧 ,我家的, 和我当时查的, 靠谱的基本都是一年,保证一岁以前,没有hip 等基因问
题, 否则给退换.

狗爹说有，基因的。我的意思是这个guarantee不是依据，尤其是宠物点的。

是吧，有人用过没，好用不？Were you to exercise the warranty, the 'good'
breeder is no longer 'good' bah.
Personally I am not a fan of warranty, I got the impression somewhere that
puppy mills (pet store) offer some forms of warranty as that's how they
attract buyers (at a higher price as warranty is not 'free').

我想如果nemo真查出来有问题，我也不会要New puppy。医药费因为他有保险，所以
breeder也不用出。我只能告诉breeder请她不要再breed nemo的妈妈/爸爸。

Exactly!
That's why I don't quite understand the warranty thing, though it *may* be
useful for irresponsible or financially difficult owners which are supposed
to be filtered out in the first place. Plus, genetic diseases take years to
develop.

Owners may choose not to use the warranty, but the breeders providing it
show their confidence in the puppies they sell.
Some breeders offer 3 year warranty.
Lots of goldens suffer hip/elbow displasia when they are under 1 year old.

yeah, I also heard 'lifetime' warranty, though have not seen one...
I suppose 3yr warranty is more expensive than 1yr?

I heard the price should be about the same. Price is not an indicator of the
breeder's reputation or standard.

yeah, I also heard 'lifetime' warranty, though have not seen one...I suppose
3yr warrant........
