140/485 是去年12底同时交的，2月EAD/AP下来，140已批，但485一直没动静，所以10
月份公司律师file的EAD/AP的extension. 昨天居然受到USCIS的EAD/AP的Reject
notice，如下：
"Recently, you submitted an application for immigration benefits. That form
was submitted with an extra remittance that is not required to process your
application. Your check is returned to you with this notice. No additional
action by you is required at this time.
Please be sure to compete the application fully, submit the appropriate fees
, and include all required supporting documents."
Faint,还是第一次被移民局把支票退回来，我分析了一下，有几种可能，大家帮看看吧：
(1) USCIS错误
(2) 律师错误，递交的文件有误；
(3) 485正在批准阶段，USCIS觉得我们没必要再申请延期
其中
(1)的可能性最小，
(2)的话，又与第一段回复不符，没有直接说任何错误，但是第二段回复又说让重新
submit,难道说第二段时套话。
(3)当然是最希望的结果，不过感觉也不像，这钱移民局不赚白不赚呀
