主副申请人6月30日同时批准
主申请人的卡在7月9号就收到了
副申请人的卡一直没收到
副申请人的网上状态在6月30号后状态一直没有更新过
会不会是寄丢了
怎么跟USCIS联系？

I have experienced EAD letter losted. You should contact USCIS if it is too
long.
In my case, they can find out a tracking number for the mail. But difference
ppl give different answers in USCIS. Some of them are totally wrong
information.
So you may want to make multiple calls to confirm.

我的卡在批准后9天就收到了。我老公的卡到现在还没收到。我们是同一天批的。他的
状态至批准以后就一直没变过。我的状态有变，有tracking number什么的。
