来美国也已经快4年，开始申请了一张Local Credit Union的卡，然后过了一年申请到
了一张American Express的卡。不过后来，因为家里的网络从Verizon换到Comcast。
Version竟然没有取消成功，额外Charge了我3个月，发现后想Argue，拖了几个月，什
么都没有拖到，拖来了讨债公司，信用分从733降到633，还款后半年，慢慢涨到680，
不过2个月买车，一下子又降到了640，而且最近没有任何起色。而且从Credit Report
上看，Credit Union得信用卡CL虽高一点但对信用分没有帮助。
现在想申请另外一张信用卡，不过觉得肯定没有戏，不知道有什么方法能在6-12个月内
提高Credit Score吗？大家有什么好的建议嘛。
而且还计划买房，感觉没有希望呀！

We are creating this petition to bring to your attention the following issue
that can help eliminate the backlog in Employment Based green cards.
Elimination of Dependents from Employment〣ased Count.
Majority of the employment based immigration visas end up going to family
members of the primary applicants. In 2012, out of the 140,000 EB green
cards annually, only about 65,000 go to the principals; the remainder go to
dependents. This is one of the main causes of the decades long wait periods
for an immigrant visa for thousands of legal immigrants. Thus, we would like
to request the President to allow for such an interpretation of the
existing laws where a family member of an employment based visa petitioner
is NOT counted towards the current cap.

6-12个月没有任何Hard pull和被催款的记录，Credit Score就会自然增长。没有更快
捷的办法。买房估计拿不到好利率了，有的挑剔的Lender甚至不借款给低于700的
borrower。。。

买车的影响很快就会恢复的。
短期内提升信用分数的话，就是每月出statement多还钱，最好还到credit limit的1%
，也不要全部还清。
另外你如果只有两张信用卡的话，数量偏少，一般3张以上算是healthy。如果两年内没
有买房计划的话，大胆申卡吧，先把版上常见的免年费的卡都申一下。等到680的信用
分数申请discover, citi dividend应该不是太大问题。再过半年再申请chase freedom
，应该也能过。
建议用个citi credit monitor，置顶有链接，每个月5刀。有三个信用局的信用报告和
credit monitor，也有三个局的模拟分数，跟FICO的分数很接近。可以一试。

一共是三个：
1. 把配偶从EB名额中去除，加到家属移民配额中去。(Remove Dependent Count):

去签了下。但是这管用么，这部分貌似是现行移民法管，不是奥巴能插手的。奥巴能做
的是发EAD，什么时候发EAD，还有给什么人发EAD。你看烙印诉求的提早交 485，提早
拿EAD就比较靠谱。

不管用总比没有的好，合法移民的请愿就全在这里了，赶紧去转发，人越多越好。
随不要抱有太大希望，但有时会有意料之外的事情发生。
