各位家长大家好！
我家的Jack Russell Terrier，男孩，6岁半了。一直都超级活泼。前一段时间溜他的
时候不喜欢走路，我以为他变懒了，没太在意。两周前一次在外边疯跑玩球回家洗澡之
后，就走路有点摇晃，还发抖。带去医院，怀疑是腰椎键盘突出，照了片子，也没怎么
看出来，就说让回家再观察一下。第二天他又好了，我们就都以为是运动导致的劳累。
没想到前天他晚上在家里乱蹦，忽然嗷了一声，就后腿像受伤了一样，软绵绵的支撑不
住，第二天早上带他去医院，已经只能前腿拖着走了。我们都吓坏了，医生又拍了片子
，这次确诊是腰椎的问题，说像他这样腰长的狗（JRT腰长么？我FT），腰椎间盘突出
很多见，于是就打针（应该是有消炎的，没告诉我具体成分，有两针直接注射到脊椎，
还有点滴），到今天早晨后腿已经勉强能站了，还是摇摇晃晃容易倒。我估计3天的针
打完了应该就能好很多了。
看着平时的运动健将现在这样了，我心里很难受。他从2个月就跟着我，从美国到中国
（我当时顶住各方面压力和困难，坚决不离不弃，带他回国），从上学到工作到结婚，
就是我的家庭成员，老婆也很爱他。
在这里问问大家，你们的狗狗有过类似情况么？一般怎么保养？我上网看了，说要避免
上下楼梯，抱的时候要双手水平抱，补钙，维生素b1b12什么的。大家再给出出主意，
讨论讨论。

你家是哪一种JRT?如果是短腿的话腰是比较的长。
你现在人在国内还是美国？美国有给狗做针灸的，也不贵，可以试一下。还不行的话
，可能要考虑动手术了。

我家是腿短的那种，大概几年前还回过你的帖子，呵呵。
现在在国内，国内的JRT很罕见，宠物医院的大夫都没见过。这边也能做针灸，医生说
这几天打针之后如果效果不大就要做一段时间的针灸。现在看来打针基本上就能奏效了
，但是之后我还会考虑给他针灸来巩固一下。
只是可惜这个曾经满地疯跑的家伙以后就不能纵横球场了。我有他顶着篮球满场跑的录
像，现在不在手边，回头传上来给大家看。
要说也是我粗心，人家快七岁了，也是狗过中年，应该开始注意保养了。。。

短腿的是要注意保护腰一点。
是不是还是身体有点壮的那种？那样的话体重大对腰的压力也更大点。

壮，还爱吃东西，啥都吃。我一直控制他体重，不让放开吃。
一个小段子，上次家里买的一颗白菜放在阳台上，结果被他啃去拳头大一块。我岳父看
了很怜惜地说，瞧把孩子饿得，狗都变成兔子了。
还有刚回国的时候，因为下班比较晚，怕他饿，买了一个自动喂食器。就是一个扁的盆
，分成四格（每格放一顿饭的狗粮），上面有一个扇叶盖子，每次到预先设定的时间，
就会打开四分之一的扇叶，还会播放我事先录好的叫他来吃饭的录音（其实后来想想录
音完全没有必要，估计我一走他就开始围着研究这个东东）。当时觉得这是个好物件，
很结实，盖子我是扳不开的。没想到第一天晚上回家，就看到盖子大开，不知这厮使了
什么手段，把盖子搞开了，四顿饭一次就全吃光了！JRT的毅力和执着是了不得的。于
是几百块钱就大了水漂。后来专门雇了一个阿姨，就是负责每天来溜他两次加上喂饭。
其他各种偷吃故事不胜枚举，只是还好他只是有些蛮力，还不够奸猾，否则估计东西放
的再高也挡不住啊。

看来我也要注意了，家里也是只jrt,车库到家里的楼梯小家伙每天要爬好几次。抱的时
候也是随意蹂躏，根本没想过会有腰椎的问题。

正版的JRT没问题的，蹦跳是JRT的长项。
你家的那么瘦，不是意外扭伤不会出现腰椎问题

最彻底的解决办法只有手术一途。我家的三只北京狗在不同时间全都出过这个问题。看
兽医先用保守疗法，吃药，静养，其中一只就好了，另两只无效，最后做了手术。手术
有一定风险，尤其是一只狗的病变在颈椎。好在我们两次遇到的都是高明的兽医，术后
全部恢复，现在他们全都活蹦乱跳毫无问题了。不过手术费用高昂要想清楚。一次手术
四五千，加上之前各种检查，药物费用，前后花了我们一万多刀。
另，椎间盘突出照X光不容易看出来，最好是做MRI。我们一只狗术前做了，1870刀。

我家狗(Cavelier King Charles Spaniel)也曾出现过此症状,也拍了X光,说是脊髓盘的
问题.医生建议吃了几天的消炎和减inflammatory的药.他还要求上下楼梯得抱着它.过
了几天就不再有此症状,而且没有再反复.Good luck.

cause, if possible. Signs may improve with corticosteroids (prednisone at 1
mg/kg, sid). Surgery to decompress the caudal fossa can be helpful for
Chiari I malformations.

如果是ataxia的话，应该生下来不久就看出来了
