8月中旬回国，一个月的时间。哪位芝加哥附近的好心人能帮忙看一下我家的10个月大
的Maltese?
It's a Maltese boy, 10 months old, neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations,
healthy, energetic, very cute, like to play. No need to walk him everyday,
we normally walk him once or twice during the weekend.
所有狗粮，treat,training pad, toys等等都由我们提供，will pay extra $200 for
your kindest help!

公司 can also say they won't sponsor GC at all, or they will sponsor when
you are in 5th year of H1 with them. It's totally up to them.
US immigration has no limit on when company can file PERM, company can file
PERM even before they hire you if company wants.

hi nalp3, I am interested in taking him/her for a month but i don't have

搂主如果好心的话，记得argue过以后回来报告一下，因为我好像没听说过哪个公司在
opt期间就办绿卡的（我说的是EB2）。
除了公司主观意愿外，我觉得有一个客观原因是PERM里需要证明这个job是permanent的
。可能很多公司认为opt不算permanent的身份。

我这个应该比较特殊，公司也不是刚入职就给办绿卡。现在都快一年多了才给办。我
H1B已经批了，10月1生效。
7月份的时候大老板说可以办绿卡了。然后hr就根我说等我10月份回国回来以后再开始
办，我不解，不过没根他争，回来研究一下是不是因为有移民局的顾忌。发现根移民局
无关，昨天去找他说了。原因不是“PERM里需要证明这个job是permanent”，而是我们
几个的时间不能凑一块。那律师现在在伦敦看奥运，要月底才回来。月底的时候这破hr
又要去度假，9月中的时候才回。而9月中的时候我又要回国一个月，所以只能10月份才
开始办。开始办也就是三个人坐下来研究看那广告怎么写才合适。
不过我现在看看是不是我推迟一周回国，主要三个人能坐下来好好把广告给拟定，打上
去再回国。。。
