想辞职，新公司问是否需要2 weeks notice还是需要更长的时间，我说两周够了。
请问这个两周是从接到offer到正式上班，还是从各种手续都办完了(immigration,
drug screen...)到正式上班？
因为不想这么快递交辞职信，想等所有手续都办完了再交。

律师file了Appeal - MTR
最近收到律师邮件，说received confirmation that the DOL overturned its denial
of the PERM application and reopened the case for processing; we also
received tentative confirmation that the agency will approve the PERM
application.....
律师说30天内会收到offical 的决定， DOL仍然有可能找到其它理由来deny 这个PERM
请问怎么理解DOL的回复？为什么DOL要issue tentative confirmation for approval,
而不是30天给最终结果?
这个情况，最终被据的可能性是不是还是很大？

他们先办手续，都办好了，你给你公司2weeknotice说你要走，2周后走人。

我的perm也是被据了然后申请了appeal，lz能update一下你的 request是什么时候file
上去然后律师是什么时候收到通知的吗？谢谢！祝好运！

"agency will approve the PERM application" 还没有最后给你approval notice，但
是已经说了会批。可能还有些内部的procedure 要走，才会send notice吧。

拒信中说如果要appeal, 必须30天内
律师是在30天到期的前两天file上去MTR (motion to reconsideration)
然后3个星期加两天收到的通知，中间包括圣诞和新年
祝好运！

"agency will approve the PERM application" 还没有最后给你approval notice，但

请问你是递交reconsideration后多久收到回复的？当初拒你的理由是什么？
