今天终于联系上USCIS，帮我把寄丢的RFE notice传真给我了。
但由于没有回邮信封，我不知道具体的邮寄地址。Notice上只有如下信息:
USCIS
P.O.Box 82521
Lincoln, NE 68501-2521
但我在版上考古的邮寄地址是如下:
USCIS
Nebraska Service Center
850 S. Street
Lincoln, NE 68508
请最近DIY回复NSC的RFE的同学帮我看看，我应该用哪个地址。用邮局的express mail
就可以了吧。感谢。非常感谢。
我是主申请人：要求体检+EVL。
回头来说说这个的血泪史，移民局真是只拿钱，瞎干事啊。

Puppy decapitated - ties to dog fighting ring
Chicago, IL - It is a crime too heinous to think about for any length of
time - a puppy brutally murdered in conjunction with a "sport" rooted in
violence.
According to the Chicago Sun-Times, a 7 month-old German shepherd puppy was
snatched from a yard last week, sold for a mere $10 to dog-fighters, and
then brutally murdered after being injured.
There is no way to sugar-coat the savage method that this pup was killed -
according to the report, the dog's head was severed with an ax.
Days after the puppy's disappearance from his yard, the body and severed
head were discovered in a trash can. A beautiful life was snuffed out and
thrown away like a piece of trash.
The dog's owner is afraid to provide their name - apparently dog fighting
and crime are so widespread in ths area that entire communities live in fear
of what will happen next.
An arrest was made on Friday in conjunction with this particular crime -
names were not provided, only that one individual was a juvenile and the
other an adult.
The juvenile will be receiving a psychiatric evaluation.
It seems that those involved in this blood-lust sport have lost all respect
for life.
What type of person is capable of such brutality?
How can these people look at the pure innocence of a dog and feel nothing?
How can they either fight them to the point of grievous injuries, or death?
How can they "finish them off" with tools like axes and cables for
electrocution?
This particular dog-fighting ring is reported to have taken place in a
vacant building - the puppy's grieving owner issued a plea to those who
suspect an animal of being fought, or otherwise tortured - call 911.
Somehow, someway - something much be done to curb the dog-fighting epidemic.
Not only are innocent lives being destroyed, but those "humans" involved
seem to have lost all touch with humanity.
Rest in Peace to this puppy - name unknown.

来说说RFE的复杂过程，看看后面的同学能否参考，希望大家少走弯路。我是2类排期，
1月current， 1月7日收到RFE寄出通知。
一切很顺利，我当晚就联系我的律师，结果意外出现了。email直接给退回来了，律师
公司的网站也不存在了，办公室电话永远只有答录机。我感觉很不妙。因为我们和律师
签了个表，之前所有的RFE都是只有律师收到，她联系我们准备材料，我们自己从来都
没收到过额外的 RFE copy。
1月8号，我联系了移民局，和T2的officer说上了话，问询RFE被寄到哪了，结果那家伙
一通查询，告诉我是寄到我在移民局系统里的地址，还和我核对了一遍，就是我的home
address。
1月8号～～1月20号，我等呀等，期间各种焦虑，在版上求助过无数网友，就是没有收
到RFE，我预感还是给寄给了律师。就预备满15天后再做个SR。
1月21号，连续收到2个USCIS的case更新，一个说RFE被退回了移民局，第二个说又重新
给我寄了个COPY。KAO，天知道这次他们又是往哪寄，赶紧打电话，先和1线客服做了SR
，要求把RFE寄给本人，然后要求转T2，结果运气不错，T2很爽快的说，可以立马把
notice传真给我，赶紧给了传真号码，1小时后收到RFE。
结果，这个NOTICE果然是在1月12号，寄到我律师的那儿，然后21号被邮局退回给移民
局。幸好拿到了传真件，不然还得耽搁。

今天1线客服还问我，1月8号为啥没有要求解除和律师的代表关系，要填个表什么的？
天知道，这种律师联系不上千载难逢的事也能给我碰上，我之前哪知道这些呢？当时T2
的人也没让我填这个表，直接忽悠我完事啊。

理解mm 的心情！
感觉你这个应该按notice上的地址寄啊. 不过我不懂，最好打电话和移民局确认下。
