我们刚得到loan officer email这么写着：
You close today (6/29). The funding is on 7/5. Interest from new loan starts
on 7/5/12 and interest from old loan ends on 7/9 (since it takes few days
from funding)
为什么我们当中有4天overlap。 7/5明明是周四，难道不能在7/6结束oldloan吗？还
有那个4天的overlap如果是no cost refinance，是算在cost里头还是我们自己cover呢
？

如果是7月5号funding, 应该只付5,6两天的interest.

这个只是lender/escrow的estimate，实际的overlap不会有那么多的。

因为你可以选择不要新的贷款即便已经过万户签完字。

两天的overlap 是正常的.

一般closing agent 会多收3天的利息以防万一。closing agent会把所有收到的钱加上
那3天的利息一起跟现在的lender去pay off旧loan。现在的lender会根据当时的pay
off balance多退少补。
正常情况下，周四funding，周五pay off。除非LZ的closing agent不是wire money，
而是邮寄支票的话，就不敢保证了。。。
