本来以为自己是non PP，因为，要export license，结果刚刚告诉说是PP （QCOM），

特别喜欢Bert，老老实实的坐着让我拍照，Gretta老是动来动去，没有她的很好的静态

早上给律师发信，完全是官方回复。。
We have confirmed that your petition reached the Service Center via FedEx
during the week of April 1 to April 5th. The USCIS conducted a lottery of
the petitions received, and will be issuing either a receipt notice for
those selected, or a rejection for the petitions that were not selected.
The lottery was conducted on April 7, 2013, but it may still be a few weeks
until we receive receipt notices or rejections due to the large volume of
data entry that the USCIS will be processing.

对呀，我到目前没有看到版上有QCOM家的中呀，还是大家都是说中了，和律师事务所，
没有人说是不是QCOM。

助理律师什么意思呀，我是要问是不是有任何一个收的notice在过去的俩天中，他回复
说，要等全收到了？？难道要攒着最后发通知？？还是就是应付我一下。
版上有QCOM的中的吗？

Thanks for your quick response. Did you hear anyone from QC with Premium
Processing who got receipt notice from USCIS in the past two days? since I
checked several friends who have offer from QC (not sure if they are Premium
Processing or not), but so far none of them have received notice.
