我也收到了，主要要每次交易至少10刀，我已经BILLPAY了我的cc5次了，然后CALENDER
里去注上，以后每个月这么做就行了，可惜不能自动让银行BILLPAY。

换句话说最多只能拿4次...
另外，还必须是有收到invitation的人：
"Payments must be made with U.S. Bank Bill Pay or Pay A Person by the
individual that received the participation invitation email."
