Offer Letter上写得：
Enrollment: Approximately 30 days after you receive your first paycheck, new
hires are automatically enrolled in the 401(k) Plan at a 3% pre-tax
contribution rate.
Match: The company currently matches 50% of the first 3% of compensation
that an employee contributes to the plan.
是不是就是白给1.5% of the base?
前面说的auto enrollment 只是说自动扣我工资的3%到401K, 但不是公司给的？
