I just checked my husband and my status are all:
On August 13, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485
APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please
follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the
notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
But we did not receive the finger print notice yet. What is going on? We
submitted I485 last year and failed last year, but we did finger print in
last April. Will the finger print expire? I do not know if the finger print
of last year works for the application this year. Any idea? Thanks a lot

Got EAD card in 7/11
Then no news anymore until today

We submitted 485 and 140 together last year but 140 was denied so 485 was
denied at the same time, waste a lot of money last year. So this year, we
submit 140 first, after got approved, then submit 485.
