文件的名字是"buyer's acknowledgement of right to receive completed seller
disclosure notice(nwmls form 17, 17c, or commercial 17)"。
文件里主要提到作为buyer要注意Form17里面的内容，特别是没有被seller给答案的内

我们这只有disclosure是seller填写的，其他没有听说有seller questionnair啊？什
么情况下可以拿到seller qustionnair呢？需要特别找agent要么？
