要是在180天内被解雇， 或者有新的相似领域更好的offer这么办？
到时候填J表会在意你是在180天内换的雇主？还是说你交表的时候， 工作和交485的时
候相似就可以？
我读了顶置的文学城的帖子很多遍了， 好像说不是180也可以但是工作领域相似是一定
的。现在还是这个样子的吗？
有没有过来人说下~ 谢

The regulation has changed in Jan'17.
The petitioner or the petitioner’s Form G-28 representative may request to
withdraw a Form I-140 at any time. However, if the petitioner requests to
withdraw a Form I-140 that has already been approved for at least 180 days,
or when an associated Form I-485 has been pending for at least 180 days, we
will not revoke the approved Form I-140 and the beneficiary will retain the
priority date from the form. We will consider the job offer withdrawn, but
the Form I 140 will remain approved for purposes of INA 204(j) portability
unless we revoke it on other grounds. See 8 CFR. § 205.1(a)(3)(iii)(C) (
revised effective January 17, 2017).
So if I-140 has been approved for 180+ days, changing the job within I-485
pending less than 180 days is OK after 1/17/2017.

J表看起来好像都是问一下很平常的问题，为什么会有公司不同意提供J表，而且看到有
些人说J表有些麻烦，这是为什么？

额刚才那个发成站内信了。。
谢谢哪个链接，我昨天发帖之前也看了， 不过还是谢谢版花~
昨天看完那个instruction所以才会有了疑惑 -> "只要你回复的时候满180天，而不是
你当前工作雇主必须满180天which is 485 pending 180天 ， 两个概念不一样"
我的140已经超过180天了，按照现在的规矩，应该撤销不了。
现在规矩变了， 如果USCIS RFE J表 应该不能拿个EVL送过去吧？
前面有同学也提到 part 6, item 10有问 job start date, if start date is within
180 days, USCIS 不会care,我们要做到的就是交RFE的时候一定pending 知道180天即
可？

了（除了降级concurrent file 的）。 那J form 的180 的意义全无了。

due to the employer's withdrawal request after the I-140 has been approved
more than 180 days.
Also waiting for 180 days after I-485 pending is the safest way to changing
job. But there were cases in the past that people changed jobs within 180
days and got their green cards. For those changing job with I-485 pending
less than 180 days, I would suggest them to go through a new PERM and get a
new I-140 if possible.
