140没有加急，拖了差不多一年时间。律师帮着催了几次，无果。后来实在等烦了，就
自己打电话给USCIS,告诉他们等的花儿都谢了，结果一个星期以后就批了。结论是自己
的事情还是放在自己手里最把握。

我在买一套新房，在做loan的时候想把目前住的房子convert成rental property。房里
美的要求是rental property至少要有30%的equity，也就是说mortgage不能超过70%。
我现在那套房子的mortgage正好是70%多几千块钱。于是我提出说要不我先把它pay
down到70%以下，但是underwriter说不可以这样。因为我是通过broker和underwriter
联系，所以也没法问清楚。请问有没有法律条文规定我不能做这样的pay down？我能不
能径自pay了，然后把statement拿给他看说我现在已经不到70%了？
望广大经验人士多多指教。

早晨遛狗, 把膝关节弄伤了.
途中看到了Akita在院中, 就知道两狗又要Hign. 不行时松手放了花脸, 可还是有点拉
不住小黑了. 幸好边上有根电线杆, 一手抱住后没再(在草地上)往前滑.
原路返回时Akita已经进屋, 狗没Hign. 可我的膝关节感觉很不适.
两狗从小就和Akita high贯了, 现在见面后还安稳不下来.

一般lender会通过一个系统去估房价，然后按照那个估价的30%算。去问问自己的
broker或是loan officer吧。
