3-4 years ago coworker and his wife adopted two senior cats, a pair of bro/
sister, 13. The old lady who owned them has Alzheimer's and they were about
to get put down.
Last year the brother got sick and eventually they had to put him down,
spent the last day with him in the yard, requested vet. to come to their
home etc.
The sister is the quiet one who never made a sound. Every since the brother
passed away, coworker said she cried every night for months. Coworker
becomes her brother replacement. She slept every night with her head rested
on his hand.
