碰到这样的律师一点办法也没有啊。我们公司律师说盈利性公司不能EB1，只有大学或

狗剩输了赔钱，就相当于AIG拿政府的钱赔给政府，是这么回事吧？这算是狗剩精明把

升降级不需要新perm还能保持PD，然后我又好死不死的在uscis网站上找到了这个：

记得晚上吃过晚饭，在大街上溜达。破狗就自己一家餐馆一家餐馆的巡视过去，开心死
了。

所以伤心啊。不然我也不至于。

你要看清楚这个faq的时间是2006年的3月20号，早过时了！！！
AILA的那个文件才是现行做法。

恩恩，谢谢你的回复。顺嘴提一句我们公司的律师是fra够慢，所以周五之前肯定是出
不去了我就死心了。然后咱们可以讨论一下这个文件。
我仔细看了文件感觉说的意思是2 3的pd可以保持早的那个，而且降级不需要file 新
perm，只需要附上原来perm的copy （因为perm的原始批准件已经随着140交上去了），
我觉得这篇文章主要是给1说不能降级2说降级要重新file perm的律师看的，但是我的
情况是去年换了工作，新工作perm刚刚批，批准件还没到手。 我的理解是如果要file
485需要1current，2 140，现在concurrent filing的结果是同时file，但eb3 140需要
的是一个现在公司的批准的perm，我现在是连这个perm 批准件的copy都拿不出来，
filing会失效被退件 （两张支票的话140可能被收，但485被退，一张支票的话都退）
，这一条是在那个2006年的文档上看见的，但最近的文档没有找到讲concurrent
filing的。

我仔细看了文件感觉说的意思是2 3的pd可以保持早的那个，而且降级不需要file 新
perm，只需要附上原来perm的copy （因为perm的原始批准件已经随着140交上去了），
我觉得这篇文章主要是给1说不能降级2说降级要重新file perm的律师看的，但是我的
情况是去年换了工作，新工作perm刚刚批，批准件还没到手。 我的理解是如果要file
485需要1current，2 140，现在concurrent filing的结果是同时file，但eb3 140需要
的是一个现在公司的批准的perm，我现在是连这个perm 批准件的copy都拿不出来，
filing会失效被退件 （两张支票的话140可能被收，但485被退，一张支票的话都退）
，这一条是在那个2006年的文档上看见的，但最近的文档没有找到讲concurrent
filing的。

你这个是没办法的。
新工作的第一个140还没交呢，只是重新办了perm而已。你之前老工作的140又不能用。
我的理解是，你只能等拿到perm原件，再一起交。如果排期当前。
或者先交140再说吧。

虽然去之前被提醒了很多很多次，但是还是少了警觉性。

大。

the CSR I talked to was referring to a single $5,000+ transaction
I doubt there is a rolling 24-hour $5,000 limit because I went over that
amount in one day last year as well
