应该 选择applicant 还是选择petitioner 啊？ 律师选的是petitioner， 我申请EB1A

今天清理笼子发现旧bedding有一些很小很小的黑色虫子。然后给她们洗澡发现有一些
很细小的黑色的东西在水里。这可能是什么虫子呢？在她们身上没有看到虫子，或者太
小了藏在毛里面了。
不会是mite。因为mite肉眼看不见。可能是虱子或者跳蚤。比较担心是后者，因为前者
不会传给人，后者可能会。
谁有经验请分享。

谢谢。 偶刚看了好像pjiang 博客里说， 只有EB1B 才选petitioner （申请人非受益
人）
如果是EB1A， 就是aplicant （申请人也是受益人）

我的律师填的是petitioner（包括140表）。她是版上口碑不错律师行的一位知名小律
师，应该不会有问题。

刚google 来的， 只有雇主才能叫petitioner， 自己申请的都叫applicant
if its an american citizen applying for a spouse - then the american is the
petitioner and the foreign spouse is the principal applicant.
the same goes for any american applying for a close family members - parents
, children and siblings.
When it is an employer applying for a foreign employee then the american
employer is the petitioner and the foreign employee is the principal
applicant.
ONLY american citizens (and legal residents) can be petitioners, BUT the
residents are slow tracked while the american citizens are automatically
fast tracked.
