If I am in China and get an offer in USA. I will apply the h1b visa and the
65000 quote still applies?
If the h1b visa is approved, i still have to go to us embassy to apply the
visa again? like you guys apply the f1 visa before?

扫地擦地不可能二合一啊。。擦地机是要注水的
我家扫地机用的irobot770，除了电池不太给力，其他都挺好的
你家要是有地毯的话，还是考虑手持式的吸尘器吧 比如Dyson DC59

i am working in China right now. OPT is only for students in USA, right?
so i don't have OPT, i cannot go to usa until oct.1st in this case?

Yes, H1b的签证生效日期是10.1 如果你想进海关，海关的工作人员怎么可能让一个
VISA还没有生效的人入境？就算侥幸让你进入，那么你在美国这段时间内的身份就属于
非法，请问以后再办其他手续的时候你怎么解释作为一个非法移民留在美国的这段时间
？I94上是有你的入境时间的

VISA还没有生效的人入境？就算侥幸让你进入，那么你在美国这段时间内的身份就属于
非法，请问以后再办其他手续的时候你怎么解释作为一个非法移民留在美国的这段时间
