卡卡很不好，其实他什么也不吃了，米饭，南瓜，酸奶，花生酱，生肉
只对鸡肉和狗饼干还有胃口，早上吃了些狗粮，不喝水，昨晚吐了5次，没有东西都是
胃液
照了x-ray没有异物，看出肝和脾有些肿大，脖子下有个mass tumor不确定和vomiting
有关,下一步只有做ultrasound查肝, 我看得出vet说话都很小心
自从生病以后他就老想去公园玩，出门就把你往公园方向拖，不想回家，以前不是这样
子的。。。
明天照ultra sound，本来不想来更新了，再发一圈包子吧。希望大家人宠健康平安。

建议赶快去speciallist 那里去做。
我以前在chicago 的vet speciallist 的一个大医院里面混过一段时间，
看过好些cancer的病例，治得早的话，有几例还是恢复的不错的。
cancer这个东西越早治越好，不要再想了，明天就去speciallist那边会诊。一般的vet
和speciallist医院，经验和设备都不是一个数量级的。

Thanks for your info...No what I meant is originally we decided in a rush
that will have the liver biopsy done at our vet. Then we realized it is such
a big surgery that requires open the belly. We decided to have it done at
oncologists if deemed necessary.
Saw one oncologist today, she said it is an 'interesting' case as he is only
4 and the position of the neck tumor 'very rare' so she ordered a full body
CT scan and needle biopsy and additional ultrasound. We have a 2nd
specialist to see after all the results...

He was doing really well yesterday. Appetite came back completely, followed
you into kitchen, tried to pick up food on the street (geez) like he always
does, poop almost normal. Had a good run morning in the park, 'chicken blood
' on the way to the hospital as he thought he is going somewhere to play,
happily followed the doctors...just like nothing ever happened.
An old man came to us asking when we were picking up his poop on the street:
is this the dog you want to give away? I was caught in shock and fury, no,
absolutely not. He smiled and started petting him, 'such a wonderful dog',
oh, it was a joke:)

not an option due to its spread. We started with a chemo drug today, pretty
much the only option.
Otherwise Kaka is doing well generally, same old happy when playing in the
park, getting a lot of love and smiles wherever he goes. I will end my
