小弟在一家医院做药理学方面的postdoc,美国二流大学phD.

不出所料, 被RFE了, 但是非常不幸,遇上XM100杀手.
文章15篇, 6篇英文, 9篇中文, 一作10篇, 85次引用, 但是只有40次是英文的. 有一篇
文章在专业中排名前五, 其他都一般. 六篇推荐信, 四篇独立, 没有大牛推荐.
claim老三样, 承认authorship and review, RFE contribution.
Contribution中加入了得的奖项, 在美国读phD期间,7次得奖,包括几个国际会议的
poster award, 一个travel award, 以及一个NIH fellowship award, 没有单独claim
award, 但是一个travel award还是被XM100拿出来说事.
我的硬伤是引用次数只有85, RFE内容也非常典型和简单, 要求给予客观证据证明
contribution is significant and original.

within the field. It is not unusual and quite common for researcher to be
awared travel grants, while it is notable the petitioner received the xxx
travel award, it does not establish a major significant impact within the
field. Conducting research, making first time discoveries, and making
incremental advancements is inherent to the position in which your serve in,
and based on the evidence your work has not made a major significant impact
. To assist in determinging whether of your contributions are original and
significance, you may submit:
1. Objective documentary evidence of the significance of your contribution
to the field
2. Submit your independent citation record;
3.Evidence of your work being implemented by others, such as licensed
