hehe, why suddenly ask such a hard-to-touch-head&brain question?
fiber based print are the traditional kind of printing paper,
as the name tells, it is based on fiber; correspond to fiber based,
is the resin coated (RC) printing paper.
The major differences between the 2 kinds, to my understanding, are:
1. need a print drier for the fiber based print paper if you want
it to dry fast and want the surface to be glossy; but no need of
print drier for the RC paper, actually, you should not us
