saw too much Qs here..Here are couple things I collected fyi.
my parents came to US 09.2010 with B2 and a one way ticket from PVG-SFO.
Sure they were stopped and quetioned by US Customs Officer. The following
was actually well predicted by me before they flew out and was conducted in
Chinese by a Cantonese accent Customs officer.
Q: Why one-way ticket?
A: I don't know. My daughter just got this for me and ask me print it out.
She told it is called e-ticket.
Q: How long you tends to stay?
A: 3-4m

情况介绍
目前本WSN，30出头，在国内分公司拿着15W不到的年薪（RMB），在Suzhou有一套小房
子，贷款还
有4年，上有老，下有小，女儿三岁。
US老大说L1B的机会，年薪税前70K不到，湾区。
老大是美国人，L1B是公司内部调动，和L1A完全不一样，一般是5年到期，GC也要排期
，而公司据
说暂停了H1B的政策。不知道到了US后还能不能转成H1B了。
这样的调动是否值得？个人是比较向往US大农村生活的，老婆比较怕变动，小孩无所谓
，老人是
反对的。
不知道各位如何“瞟杨过，孩触过六穴”的？大家给点建议我呢，谢谢！！

why put your parents in risk?? What if the boarder inspector cannot find
your contact? That's just ridiculous.
And 2*one-way ticket definitely will be much more expansive than a round
trip ticket. Of course, changing the returning date usually costs you 200
dollars,but that's still in affordable range, isn't it? I would never put my
parents in such situation. Buy round trip ticket,and even consider upgrade
to economy plus, and let them enjoy the long flight travel!

70K不到就不用考虑了，如果140K经理职位还是不错的。
可以EB1。
