485很久前收到过RFE
今年是递交了降级140，马上要做relink，3类140貌似刚批。
如果律师递交了relink请求，突然倒退了或者unavailable了就只能在EB3一直等了吗？

preview里面调好了，scan以后就不一样了，主要感觉对比更大了，害得还得在scan的

你的EB2 I-140还有效么？如果有效还可以relink回去

翻了下当初的email，律师这么说的：
。。。。。。。。。。。。 In this situation, it’s possible that we would
want to “switch” your AOS back to the EB-2 category, which would require a
request to the USCIS. Ultimately, these requests usually prevail, but they
can be cumbersome and it could delay the process. As mentioned, we wouldn’
t be able to switch back and forth continuously, as USCIS only permits 1
interfile request at this time.

when your 2nd I-140 was filed, just enter your A# (from your pending I-485),
the computer system will find cases based on your one single A#.
