About the Job
- Work on the large, reliable, and efficient backend components,
particularly search.
- Debug runtime problems and understand the interactions between systems
- Build systems, libraries, and frameworks within, around, and on top of
search
- Help build and manage a large, rapidly growing, heavily used search
service
- Code using Java, Perl, Python
- MS in Computer Science
- 3+ years of Java engineering experience
- Experience with production search services
- Interest in distributed systems

大家好，我是完全的新手。毕业一年多了，才合计办绿卡的事儿，脑袋愚钝的很。我的
情况是，博士是高能物理实验，毕业了之后，在半岛体设备行业，不算特别对口。但是
从实验的角度看，还算是相似，有继承性。
简单的说说个人情况。三篇文章。都是集体作者的，作者人数都是达六七十人。因为我
们这个方向，基本上都是一个实验几十人上百人，动辄做十年，出一个结果，发几篇文
章，基本都是很多作者。当然，我们这个方向，也有牛人，有独立两三人发文章的。我
是一普通平头百姓，只有三篇集体作者的文章。这三篇文章，引用加在一起，有100多
次了吧。当然了，不是文章怎么样，是在是我们这个领域的实验不多文章也不多，出来
了，做理论的就都顺道借着引用一下。
我想问一下，以这样的文章报EB1b，人家会不会认同？
我目前还没有任何review。review也是一个问题，因为我们这个方向，文章产量相对比
较小，一般能够review的，都是那些有独立两三人发文章的牛人。牛人虽然不多，文章
也不多，但总的来说是够了。我还想问问，有相关背景的，是怎么申请EB1绿卡的。当
然也包括如何拿到review的机会。
