楼主硕士毕业后工作两年，今年升职成了senior。公司律师准备用我之前的两年的工作
经验file PERM. 据律师说，用本公司的经验只要两个position区别大过50%就行，而这
个有比较大的空间操作。
我在网上研究了一下，没有看见很多类似的情况。想请问板上有类似的经历的吗？需要
注意些什么？

新人知道前两天有过类似的贴子，不过实在是在LX3和G11间拿捏不定。LX3的外形较好
，G11就有些楞，但G11有块个人很喜欢的翻转LCD，在不少场合还是很实用的。S90也在
考虑中，但没有实在的理由说服自己比LX3和G11好在哪儿。2年前趁FUJI F100fd停产捞
了一台，2年中也算鞠躬尽瘁，没想到如今F100fd早就灰飞烟灭，LX3的价格居然不跌反
涨。
前辈们给出个主意，便携性、外观、实用都考虑下，没什么不良摄影癖好，好用就行，
拍拍花花草草、湖光山色、家人朋友，价格300-600都成，要还有其他好机子也给出个
主意。

用本公司的经验只要两个position区别大过50%
normally in same group from junior to senior position the difference can not
justify (>50%)
for example, if you jump from engineering to marketing or sales then that is
a clear case.
it all depends how your lawyer do in terms of your two job descriptions.

也就是说，如果把两个位置写的很不一样，还是有可能的。但是据说audit概率很大？
我现在master + 0 和用本公司经验之间犹豫。想在板上问问有没有类似经历的前辈？
