OPT快两个月了还没下来，于是申请了加急，前两天收到邮件说我的case under
extended review不能加急，看来只能延期工作了，
有人知道这个extended review是什么吗？ 我是否还可以再申请加急？

那是我们花钱买的，为什么要给他！

这是他的根据。这个seller非常讨厌，非常不想给他，请大家帮帮。

好奇问问什么大问题。。最近也在看房，inspection后查出两个大问题，radon过高，
一小小部分eifs外墙。。。因为太喜欢那个房，决定还是要了。。

如果你是用INSPECTION CONTINGENCY 退出合同, 按说你要提供INSPECTION REPORT来证
明你的确做了INSPECTION, 结果让你不满意(不需要提供具体哪里不满意),你签合同时
的确是想买这个房子的. 如果用其他CONTINGENCY退出合同, 不需要给对方.

明你的确做了INSPECTION, 结果让你不满意(不需要提供具体哪里不满意),你签合同时
的确是想买这个房子的. 如果用其他CONTINGENCY退出合同, 不需要给对方.

based on the wording, the seller do has the right but then he has to
disclose all the defects to the next buyer if he got a copy of the report.
why bother to ask for trouble?! on the other hand, just email him a copy and
it will cost you nothing.

why bother to ask for trouble?! on the other hand, just email him a copy and

太感谢了，要是这样就给他了。主要是seller很讨厌，这事那事的特别多，而且我们觉
得他对自己房子的问题很清楚，但一直想隐瞒。这个房子的问题时地下室墙上有很长的
crack，虽然他说给修，但修好也是重大的隐患。多谢了，发包子。
