Just found that OJ test example for "scramble string" has some problem.
For example, "abcd", "acbd" returns true. But it seems impossible that "acbd
" is a scrambled string of "abcd" according to the definition for scrambled
string; see http://discuss.leetcode.com/questions/262/scramble-string
Did anyone work on the problem before?

上次在 eBay 上标那个 Contax G1＋3 Lenses，卖家是在新西兰的华人，结果又是杯具，这么多年在 eBay 上买东西，总共杯具三次，全部是国人同胞卖家，可悲啊！
看看下面的图，这卖家号称东西是 “around 200 shots since i first bought this
camera for my back-up use, no scratch, no dents, absolutely close to brand new condition”
东西退回去了，网上都显示 Delivered，谁谁签字。。。这 SB 死活说他还没收到东西，我在 eBay file 了 dispute，这哥们居然自己主动 escalated，让 eBay、PayPal 决定。。。
当即 Negative feedback 了!

I think you have to read between the lines. The Americans are also using
this trick: I bought this xxxx only two months ago. If it is not said I
bought new, 99% you can assume he bought it used. two months in his hands
could mean the item is 10 years old.

说实话，收到他的相机你就不应该主动寄回去。
直接dispute+escalate才是正道。这人渣一看就是骗子。

你应该申请一个blogspot，然后把it的姓名住址和恶行公布于众，

这卖家不懂. 要是俺来卖这套, 先得勤快点把灰察尽, 第二把破破烂烂的CASE 扔了,
这样买主开包第一印象就好多了. 当然SCUFF 得DISCLOSE, 不能说absolutely close
to brand new condition, WORDING 有技巧.

这个paypal不知道会怎么判，以前也有顾虑过，如果卖家照片里没有相机序列号啥的，
碰到无耻的卖家一口咬定买家调包怎么办，这种情况ebay和paypal肯定没法辨别谁说得
是真的吧，难道会各打50大板？

这个严格说来也没用，卖家可以宣称是你先调包再封上然后自导自演，除非买家从送货
员上门开始就摄像，难度大了点......所以基本还是看双方的信用度吧。

签收，chargeback一定赢。如果是SNAD，只要退货以后卖家确实签收了（不必本人），
cb也是一定赢的。至于什么掉包之类的逻辑信用卡公司是不管的，paypal也不会管。

有签收，chargeback一定赢。如果是SNAD，只要退货以后卖家确实签收了（不必本人）
，cb也是一定赢的。至于什么掉包之类的逻辑信用卡公司是不管的，paypal也不会管。

无法判断的话，一般会偏向买家的。因为1）买家是最终的金主
2）买家手里有chargeback的手段。但如果你没用cc，那就有可能输

想了想，俺在eBay没出过几件东东，但都是有一说一，加上清晰实物大图。除了其中一
单，都是positive feedback。这没有feedback的一单，买家就是一国人，找个跟俺没
关系的理由，讨价还价，最终要了125刀的partial refund了事。
sigh...

我以前一哥们直接打电话给ebay说他是美国公民，不帮他就sue
妈的，这事情上，美国华人怎么着也比新西兰富二代华人有优势

and there are 3 purchases I am talking about... total about $400. all on the
last couple of days of bing
