一件小事，请教大家的看法。
昨天一个人去参加一个beach party，穿了条正常的裙子（不露啊）。有一个不认识的
老男人来搭讪，我找个个借口开溜了。跟bf提起这个事情来，bf问是不是早上的那条裙
子，我说是。他说早上我跟他一起在starbucks喝咖啡聊天的时候，有不少男人看我。
我很诧异，因为我根本没有觉得有任何异样的眼光。可是bf执意说，作为男人，他可以
sense到这个。他还说，如果在starbucks的时候，某人如果盯着我看超过3秒，他会上
去问候一下别人。ps，bf是挺老实的人，我们在一起不太久，他说这样的话，让我很惊
讶。他在乎我？吃醋了？还是啥想法?

不知为啥，原帖给删了，再次贴出。两位版主，如果俺的贴子哪里有问题，请明说

公司在南加，San Diego, 实习和contractor都是从2013年7月份开始，可以一直做下去
，只要身份没问题。
，实习和contractor位置不是啥research，是跟手机芯片测试相关，主要是 UMTS/
GSM协议（从物理层， MAC，到RRC等都会有点, http://www.3gpp.org/specifications，但面试不会问很多这方面的东西）, 也会有底层driver，会跟testbox，像Anritsu， Agilent，Spirent等打交道，也会有drive test，有兴趣的，请把简历尽快发给我（j************[email protected]），电话面试（只有一轮）, 然后有结果。
要求：
1. 有wireless/digital communication 背景，正在学习或学过相关的通信原理，无
线/数字通信，数字信号处理.......等专业课。面试不会问啥算法，但基本的通信
的知识，像modulation， channel coding，fading channel, AWGN........等等要熟
悉。如果知道点UMTS/GSM协议的东东 http://www.3gpp.org/specifications，比如手机开机会先做什么，怎么下行同步，有哪些handover，手机怎么measure neighbor cell等，对通过面试会很有帮助。，
2. 公司规定做实习，一定要是在校学生，用CPT或 Pre-OPT或者OPT都行, 只要还没有
毕业，毕业了就不行了，
能不能实习后转full time，看做的情况和招人机会了。 Contractor位置没啥限制，
你毕业了，用OPT没问题的。

1200是纯居住面积。不算院子和车库。
我们倾向于租给家庭，价钱还没有最后定。
要看来面试的租客的情况。应该在1700左右，可以商量的
