两个多月前(5/27) 在Walmart买了个电饭煲,今天突然坏了.可能是温控出了问题,米饭
都烧糊了还不断电,差点引起火灾.想退回Walmart, 可是发票找不着了.请问
1.没有发票在Walmart能退吗(包装什么的都还在)?
2.我买电饭煲那天用的是信用卡结帐,而且只在Walmart买了电饭煲一个东西.查找信用
卡的statement 可以看到那天的信用卡使用的Reference number 及Walmart消费的
Amount.请问这能用于退货吗?

今晚去了Walmart, 顺利地退到了 Walmart shopping card上。Walmart 退货服务还真
